Becoming a coach
If you have a passion for coaching and want to learn how you could introduce young players to the game of basketball, read on.
Vacancies
Currently, we are looking for coaches in North London, Bracknell and West Berkshire. If you are in any of these areas and wish to be invited for an interview, contact Tony Brown (Director).
Qualifications
Coaches will ideally hold an England Basketball Level 2 coaching certificate or equivalent within an alternative team sport. Coaches will receive additional training and ongoing development above and beyond this qualification.
Safeguarding
All of our coaches are CRB checked upon appointment, whether they hold previous CRB documents or not. Some schools and colleges also require additional CRB checks to be carried out.
Payment
Coaches are paid for their time at the rate set by England Basketball, the national governing body, and dependent on experience.
